I am a social worker in Haringey, London. My Wikipedia interests are in anything to do with the Isle of Wight, where I come from and have a house and in Anglo Saxon history and naval history. I have written a book on the Isle of Wight and am working on one on late Anglo Saxon history as well as a book on social work with survivors of torture. I have a degree in Law from Sheffield and Social Work from Exeter and I am married with one son.I like Blues Music, Tom Waits and Talking Heads.

I have created a number of articles including- The Isle of Wight Rifles, Michal Morey, Lane End, Pondwell, Peter de Heyno, Derek Beackon, Godwine Porthund, Wulfnoth Cild, Aelfhelm of York, Redress,Kings of the Isle of Wight, Brading Roman Villa. In July I scored 23 on BBC Mastermind specialist subject 17th Century English History. I am writing another book about Sir Edmund Berry Godfrey; Baroque Detective. ("Godfrey & the Fanatiques" and "Godfrey & The Terror") I am an anti fascist and anti-racist. I am proud to be the object of ill-disguised fury and hatred by numerous racist sockpuppets due to my principled opposition to their filthy ideas expressed on the BNP Talk page. However I try to retain integrity to wiki guidelines and NPOV in the substantive article.
