Welcome to my user page. I am not able to create drafts because of some strange block. I also asked at teahouse but didn't understand much: Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions/Archive 1124#I can not create drafts. It says my IP range is blocked. But, I am able to contribute directly. Hope that is okay.
