History
editTrajaktaln is not strictly from one single language family. It is closely related to French, but also borrows many elements from English. It is difficult to classify, but it is usually placed in the Gallo-Romance family along with French. Trajaktaln also borrows many elements from the native Kostekan languages.
Trajaktaln is native to Kostek. It is the result of English and French-speaking sailors arriving at Kostek in the 1300s.
Grammar
editTrajaktaln grammar is isolating. There is little inflection on verbs, only for tense. Interestingly, Trajaktaln has the gnomic aspect.
