ProjectPier is a free project management open-source software. It is written in PHP,[2] Javascript and utilizes a backend MySQL database. ProjectPier is installed on a web server and functions through a web interface. It is licensed under the Gnu Affero General Public License (AGPL).[3] ProjectPier is based off of activeCollab, another project management solution.[4]
