Naka Shimwino well known as Blacksheep is a Namibian artist born on 20 May 1981 in exile in Kwansa-Sul, Angola. He is a kwaito/hip-hop artist. He attended his High School at Centaurus in Windhoek. He developed the love for music at the age of 12 and his favorite artist growing up was 2PAC. Apart from his love and talent for music he also was very talented in football[1]

Music career

He did his first song at LOWKEY productions called “Plaak” meaning in the mood, with Qonja and featured Gazza (musician). He was later invited by Gazza to do a few tours with him. Gazza then signed Naka Shimwino to his music label GMP. His move to GMP from lowkey strengthened his music career that won him a lot of fans. He was then featured on the song called “sixa” by Gazza that became a local hit. He released his debut album titled “The Blacksheep Show” in October 2010 and his second called “Kalyampombo” in September2012. [2]

Blacksheep and The Dogg make peace

After a long misunderstanding between him and The Dogg they finally reconciled to better the music industry. [3]
