SonofLamont joined Wikipedia in April of 2013 to help protect related pages from vandalism during the 2013 Masters Tournament. He decided to stay on and help continue Wikipedia's mission grow further. His growing ability to edit can be attested to the helpfulness of Wikipedia's more experienced users, and he hopes to someday be experienced enough to create pages that would help fill voids in areas, such as NASCAR history and stubs.

SonofLamont is a talented musician, and he especially enjoys playing the works of Frédéric Chopin, Johannes Brahms, Ludwig von Beethoven, Muzio Clementi, and Johann Sebastian Bach. On weekends, Sonoflamont can be found rooting for James Hinchcliffe, the Washington Redskins, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Edmonton Oilers. His most impractical dream is to one day compete in the 24 Hours of Daytona. He is also an aspiring researcher in field of meteorology.
