Pet Corners journey over these 20 years in the pet industry speaks volumes towards our dedication for the well- being of the society & more surely than ever we have touched the lives of over 500,000 families in these years. Research shows that autistic people prefer interactions with animals over humans and that 80% of autistic children have participated in pet therapy. Animals give much more direct social cues than humans – as there are no contradictory social signals to puzzle together (i.e., contradicting words and facial expressions), animal behavior is more straightforward to interpret.
