Sibusiso Jali is the Chairperson of the David Webster Hall of Residence House Committee for the year 2007. The residence was named after the late liberal and anthropologist, Mr David Webster.
Sibusiso was born in Umtata in 1986. He grew up in a small town called Mount Frere in the former Transkei. He went to school at Mhlutha Junior Secondary School in Mount Frere, then moved to Johannesburg in 1997 and finished his primary school education at Margaret Gwele Primary School in Dobsonville, Soweto. His Secondary Education was done at Jabulani Senior Secondary School, also in Soweto. He is currently doing third year Architecture at the University of the Witwatersrand.
