1. Jollof Rice: This is a type of dish in Nigeria which is usually reddish-pink in colour. It os being made from the grains of rice which is being cooked together with grounded pepper sauce( consisting of tomatoes, red pepper and other vegetables like onions and garlic), with vegetable oil. It is a very delicious delicacy in which anyone who is not a citizen of Nigeria would like.

2. Pounded Yam: This is another special delicacy in Nigeria, It is being made up of white yam which has gone through the process of it being pounded either with pounding machine, or with local Pestle and Mortal being made from wood. Nigerians usually like using the Mortal and Pestle because its enhance the toughness of the pounded yam. It is being eaten by the use of hand without the use of any utensils
