Hi, I am a student studying Health Informatics C (HIM5IHC)at university. This page has been created as apart of my university requirements.
Exercise 1 – Signup to Wikipedia, put your username on the course page
Create a Wikipedia account, create a user page, and sign up on the list of students on the course page. To practice editing and communicating on Wikipedia, leave a message for Dennis on his talk page, saying one thing you want to learn from this class. Critically evaluate an existing Wikipedia article related to the class, and leave suggestions for improving it on the article's discussion page.

Add 1–2 sentences of new information, backed up with a citation to an appropriate source, to a Wikipedia article related to the class.
Information was added to the Electronic health record page under the section heading Australia.
