Shareef Povval is giving Career Guidance and Counseling to students since 2005 onward. He is also a Career Columnist of MADYAMAM daily and past 3 years in Utharadesham daily (Both are Indian Regional Language News Papers). Presently He is a PhD Research Scholar (Education) at School of Education, Department of Education Central University of Kerala, Kasargod, India, He maintained a blog for inform to the new trends in careers (http://icgrindia.blogspot.in). He had been invited to take classes in various schools, Higher Secondary and Colleges to give his Career Guidance tips to students. With his excellent and diverse knowledge of various careers, shown the right career path to many confused students. With his encouragement & motivation many students were able to achieve success. He is also very active in his y student period as participated in athletics, debate and art/craft competitions. And also participated in activities conducted by various NGO’s to promote literacy, human empowerment etc. He is very socially active and involved in many social organizations in Kerala.
