Etayi constituency, is a constituency in Omusati region of Namibia, almost at the boarder between Namibia and Angola. It has about 34970 people, this constituency contains a lot of villages such as Oshipya, Otindi, Iipanda yaamiti, Omtundungu, Omunkete and Okashegele just to mention a few.At the moment the leader of Etayi is Mr Shekutamba Bernadinus and he has ruling it for almost seven years now. There are also many schools in Etayi constituency as Oshipya Combined school, Etayi combined school, Okaleke combined school, Onyika junior school and many more, There is only one higher school in Etayi which is Ontampila secondary school. There are also churchus, clinics and hospitals in etayi constituency.
