Trip the Light Film, also written as Trip the Light (film) is a home-based motion picture company founded by actor/director Ricky Turner. In 2006, Turner and his sister Rebecca Turner decided to share the name Trip the Light, using it for her photography, and his videography.
In October of 2008, Trip the Light Film created Chasing After Wind, a Christian based short film blending Ecclesiastes, and the Parable of the Prodigal Son in which a teenage boy named Peter (played by Ricky Turner) realizes the meaninglessness of not only his life, but the lives of others. Though mostly a psychological narrative, the film keeps the interest of the audiance through music, which along with the film, was written and arranged by Ricky Turner.
