With due respect, the matrix methodology 'discovery' is a bit of a damp squib. This technology has been around since the 1920s. The uniqueness is in its application and not in its so-called 'invention'. Furthermore - this was established as a leading technology by General Electric and McKinsey's in the 1970's from which it appears the author derived this.
