I am the Manuscripts Curator at UNCG. I have my students working on posting abstracts (that I have written) from our online finding aids to Wikipedia. The online finding aids are always cited as references. The finding aids are written by library staff to facilitate access to our collections and should be freely shared, as long as you are not making a profit. (If you figure out a way to make a profit from archival finding aids, please let us know.) Actual contents of the collections themselves may be under copyright protection, however.
The contact address on each online finding aid is university_manuscripts@uncg.edu.
I do see that some articles have been posted of questionable encyclopedic importance; we will address those shortly.
