Mapping up the Philippines and documenting each travel so that a Filipino would not be a stranger to his own motherland. I am Ervin Malicdem and currently an Information Technology professional and a mapping advocate for the Philippines. I took up B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering at De La Salle University and B.A. in Multimedia Arts in De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde. Hails from Las Piñas, a city-suburb of Manila, and part of Metro Manila. My travel and mapping advocacy for the Philippines is documented on my weblog called Schadow1 Expeditions. The blog also supplies a regularly updated GPS-assisted map of the Philippines.

• Always assume good faith as we all are here to contribute.
• A balance between inclusionism and deletionism philosophies of contributors is needed to maintain quality articles while not delving into censorship of facts.
• Discouraging "Conflict of Interest editing" is hypocrisy as contributors productively edit in Wikipedia due to their interest and knowledge in the subject. It is through declaration of interest while discouraging real-world anonymity can help balance inclusionists and deletionists and improve this organization's sense of community.
