Rationale for use

I've (Samtar) found I'm doing a lot of data analysis and development/sandboxing on Wikipedia and it's negatively affecting my edit chart (more and more of my edits are being piled into userspace). This account will serve to do these types of tasks. It will not edit articles except to gain autoconfirmed status, or if necessary to further data analysis - it will never edit an article where my main account has made significant contributions.

I invite the community to hold myself accountable and to the sockpuppet policy.
