is an Iranian composer, orchestral and choral conductor, who was born in Tehran in September 1982.

Arash Fouladvand was born in Tehran in September 1982. He started playing piano from age of 8. During his education as a student of civil engineering between 2003 and 2005 in Faculty of Engineering in University of Tehran, in cooperation with other musicians, Arash Fouladvand developed piano recitals that all benefits went to Mahak Charity.

Arash Fouladvand left Iran in 2006 for pursuing his education in civil engineering in Paris. During his doctorate program in French Institute of Petroleum, Fouladvand took part in the entrance exam of French conservatories and he got an admission in Harmony and Orchestration in National Conservatory of Obreville and had the opportunity to learn from great maestros like Eric Arnal, Virginie Fontaine, Claud Vilard in Solfeggio, and francois saint eve in Harmony and Aude Glatard in Conducting.


He started his cultural activities in Paris officially, with collaboration in establishment of Cultural Association of BAHAR in 2009. One year after, he established BAHAR Choir with 10 members and started nurturing amateur choristers. Two years later, he invited students and graduates of Paris conservatories and established Philharmonic Orchestra of Eastern Paris.

In 2012, as the orchestral conductor of Philharmonic Orchestra of Eastern Paris and BAHAR choir, Arash Fouladvand has presented Sedaye Solh and Rah-e-Abrisham concerts with collaboration of singers like Niaz Navab and Draya Dadvar. The great interest of Iranian community in London in his concerts and their passion in cooperation motivated Arash to establish another segment of BAHAR choir in London. BAHAR Choir of London had its first concert in May 2017.
