Dr. Sain Singh

Sain Singh[1] (born in 1994) is a chemist in India. His research work is mainly focused on the design and development of new organic and inorganic molecules. Then the developed molecules they utilized as catalysts for various organic transformation reactions and as drug molecules for various biological applications, including DNA interaction, inhibition of protein aggregation like prion protein aggregation, Amyloid beta peptide aggregation study, anticancer, antibacterial, antitubercular, wound healing, etc.,

Education

Singh received his B. Sc. in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Sri Guru Ram Rai P.G. College Dehradun (affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (A Central University) University Srinagar, Uttarakhand, India) in 2015. He then moved to Dayanand Anglo Vedic P.G. college for his M. Sc. in 2015 and completed in 2017. After that, he moved to Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India for doctorate degree and completed in 2023. Next, Dr. Singh moved to Guangdong Technion Israel Institute of Technology for his research work, where he worked on the organometallic chemistry, catalysis, and mechanistic investigations.
