My home village Enghandja The village of Enghandja is found in Ohangwena region the Endola constituency near Onamahoka village in the south-eastern side of Ongha [1]. Enghandja is also found a couple of kilometers from the main road to Eenhana. This village has been in existence for over 100 years [2].Its not that really small but there are many people living in this area, even today its people live in ‘kraal’s’ without any water supply or electricity. There are a lot of trees and shrubs around this village with too much sandy soil. There is only one school called Enghandja Combined School (grade1-10) were children walk long distances to school by foot. Some people sell a few products from their piece of land to make profit and pay their children school fees. There is no clean water available in this village and there are no clinics so, many people are at risk of getting diseases and they travel many kilometers to the nearest clinics. Salt Essential IT, a Namibian IT Service Provider, has taken Enghandja under its wing, committing to supporting the village for the next five years. Every year a different project will be selected, aimed at improving the standard of living for inhabitants of Enghandja [3].
