Ondeka combined school is a school of high learning in Okalongo constituecy in Omusati region.The school is about 20 kilometers due north east of Outapi town and more interestingly it is actually situated at the very board of Namibia and Angola.It also based between four villages namely, Onaame, Onghaka, Oiheke, and Oikalakahe repectively.Ondeka combined school was found in the late 1960s.The former pricipal was Mr Josef Naunyango and he gave the reign to Mr Michael Shonghela whjo is the current pricipal.Logically, the has about 800 learners as from grade 1 up till grade 10 and most of the learners are normally come from the nearby Angola. Proudly, Ondeka is the most vivid school in Okalongo constituecy as it is always has high pass rate in grade 10 for quite consecutive years compared to other schools such as Onebamba combined school to mention a few. The school is ever having quality teachers and they normally seem to be very committed and concerned with their focussed learners at all time [1] .The school is very prone to natural disasters, more especially the flood and it is actually due to the fact that the school was actually built in oshana kind of area [2].).During heavy rainfall the school tend to be flooded and as subsquent the school is always closed during the flood moment.The is more of an island to be [3].
