Interfacing Technologies (or Interfacing) is a Canadian Business Process Management (BPM) software vendor. Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Interfacing also has office in Kolkata, India[1]. Its main product, Enterprise Process Center (EPC), is a cloud-based solution for business processes management, workflow automation and performance management, which allows business users to map and manage business processes.
History
editFounded by Meir Levi in 1983, Interfacing was a supplier of Manufacturing Resource Planning software for small and medium-size aerospace and manufacturing companies[2]. Interfacing evolved into a BPM vendor in 1993.
In 2012, ODESIA Group Inc (TSX VENTURE:ODS) acquired Interfacing for $1.5 million cash and the issuance of 4.0 million shares [3], and sold it to Dempton Consulting Group for $909,584 payable in 2013 [4]. In 2015, Interfacing acquired New York based HeyBubble Inc, a provider of web live chat software [5].
