Theo Aasen (b. ) is an American strength and conditioning coach most notable for inventing the OAK method of training used widely in Major League Baseball (MLB).[1] The method he originated is based on capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines movement, dance and rhythm.[2] The training focuses on mobility, flexibility and injury prevention. [3][4]

Aasen was a former semi-professional hockey player and speed skater.
