Falcon Software is a software company[1] responsible for the development of several residential construction project management products, most notably H.O.M.E.S. and H.O.M.E.S. Lite integrated project management systems for home builders and condominium builders. Established in 1983[2], they were originally located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada and later moved to the Peterborough, Ontario Canada area[3]. Falcon Software specializes in providing database management products[4] for North American home and condo builders[5] who prefer to host their own data, and who may wish to connect their remote offices with or without Internet access. Customer Service Management is a full featured pre-delivery inspection/customer service/after sales warranty service system that may be purchased as a stand-alone product, or as an integrated component of the H.O.M.E.S. system. A unique benefit is the system can be operated from multiple locations with or without full time Internet access.
H.O.M.E.S. Purchase Order System is an optional integrated component of the H.O.M.E.S. or H.O.M.E.S. Lite system, designed to automate and organize requisitioning and purchasing from contractors and suppliers. It functions as an automatic notification system to keep trades informed regarding what they are required to build. It automatically generates purchase orders, work orders, change orders and cancellation notices, tracks work status and records invoice payments to avoid premature payments, duplicate payments and over-payments.
H.O.M.E.S. Construction Site Office System is an optional integrated component of the H.O.M.E.S. or H.O.M.E.S. Lite system, designed to link construction site offices and keep staff there up-to-date on all construction specifications by providing access only to construction related information. It prints completion certificates and relays work completion status information back to the head office.
H.O.M.E.S. Contact Management System is a full featured customer relationship management (CRM) system that may be purchased as a stand-alone product, or as an integrated component of the H.O.M.E.S. system. It is designed to reduce the workload and maximize the efficiency of sales agents by tracking prospective customer information, providing 'To-Do' task lists for each day as well automated mail merges and an analysis of traffic flow information to assist with advertising decisions.
