Hello there! I am Robert Whitcomb, a fledgling Computer Scientist. In February of 2005, I received a dual degree (BS/MS) from the Rochester Institute of Technology. My master's project was M2MIMud, a simple MUD designed to run an ad hoc network of small wireless devices using an API developed by one of the professors at RIT. The API allows for remote object invokation without the knowledge of the IP address of the system that is running the object in question.

I enjoy programming computers as well as studying theoritical Computer Science, and recently decided to deepen my knowledge and improve my skills in both areas. I am married to a wonderful woman, and we are soon to have our first child! In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors with hiking, camping, volleyball, and soccer, as well as reading, and computer video games (especially World of Warcraft).
