Caroline Stokes is a human capital developer, executive coach and author.
She was part of the leadership team at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe that launched the Sony PlayStation in 1995.[1]
In 2013, she founded FORWARD, a company offering executive search, executive coaching and training to the technology and entertainment industries.[2]
Caroline is the author of Elephants Before Unicorns: Emotionally Intelligent HR Strategies To Save Your Company, published by Entrepreneur Press in 2019.[3]
In December 2019, her TEDx talk focused on the need for organizations to become emotionally intelligent to tackle global change.[4]
A certified executive coach,[5] Caroline was named a Leading Global Coach by Marshall Goldsmith in 2019.[6]
Caroline is a regular commentator and media contributor on careers, leadership, and the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace.[7][8][9][10][11][12]
