Ruben Hilari-Quispe is founder of Jaqi Aru organization in Bolivia. Jaqi Aru is an aymara organization with members of aymara young people (women and men). I have been responsible to coordinate variety of projects related to Aymara language, technology (TICs), Education and Social-Cultural. Jaqi Aru was created as project in 2010 in order to bring Aymara language and culture on the internet, I am one of the founder: I coordinated that beginning project Jaqi Aru. After that thanks to Jaqi Aru community I became the coordinator of projects like: Cuyahuani 2.0 (techonology soberanity and young aymaras) https://latin-america.hivos.org/activity/cuyahuani-first-community-hacker-aymara-bolivia , Aymara Wikipedia contributor https://blog.wikimedia.org/2012/04/06/preserving-aymara-language-and-culture-on-wikipedia/ ; I am still part of the project of "Aymara Wipipedia 2017", Coordinator of the Facebook Aymara translation http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-34279302 ; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUa361qirHU , blogs in aymara http://noticias.universia.com.bo/en-portada/noticia/2011/10/05/875007/aymaras-blogueros-web-son-upea.html . After all these works the media considered my name as Aymara Ciberactivist http://www.paginasiete.bo/ideas/2016/9/11/ciberactivista-aymara-109131.html . Currently, I am still going on with all those projects related to aymara and technology: as community we have been proposing course of Duolingo Aymara during this year which is in its forum https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/26020822$from_email%3Dcomment&comment_id%3D27931479 .
