Hi, I'm Richard R. Troxell, the R is important because I am neither a famous tenor nor selling BBQ in Texas, and this is my userpage.
I was born in Maryland, but as a son of a naval officer, I moved around a lot. In Austin, TX, where I lived for 30 years and worked serving people experiencing homelessness, I developed the Universal Living Wage formula that will improve on the federal minimum wage by linking wages to the local cost of housing.
