I am attempting to work through getting access to edit here, while online using my static IP at home. Hopefully, some day, I'll be allowed to contribute to this fabulous wiki.

And, now that I've switched to a new ISP (and new Static_IP#Static_and_dynamic_IP_addresses), I am allowed to edit.
I have to say (vent): it's a seriously messed up policy to permanently block any IP that has ever run a The_Onion_Router server! What will happen for the next customer of my previous ISP who gets the IP I used to have? They'll have no recourse to get off Wikipedia's blacklist.
