The source of information is from a 132 year old geologist, born in 1876, who puiblished his work in 1937. "Gold Deposits of the World" by William Harvey Emmons, 1937 First Edition

Consulting the http://www.unc.edu/~unclng/public-d.htm - it is noted that the publication, since being published prior to 1963 (71 years ago), is considered in the public domain scheme of things.

I think the United Kingdom considers public domain status after fifty (50) years of publication. The author has had that long, to do something with it. Allowing the public, to continue on the quest for clarifing the truth, usually is not stymied after that term.

It is hoped, knowing the historical whereabouts of a gold mine, human endeaver can be directed, away from the conflicts of society's pressures - maybe ending poverty in that region. The reference to the war zones of Afganistan, Turkey and Columbia could indeed accomplish just that.
