He is engaged to Whittany Smith and he has 2 kids. He has a twin brother who also appeared on Redneck Brawl. His name is Jacob Campbell, or Lil Fire. His older cousin, Big Daddy T, or Tyler Campbell has fought on Redneck Brawl as well.

editLil Smokey is 4-1 in Redneck Brawl. His first fight was August 19, 2023 in Charleston, WV. His opponent was Macho Man, Julius Perdue. He lost his debut fight, but many people say he was robbed. He is on a 4 fight win streak after defeating Lil Red, Jake The Snake, and King of Horror, as well as beating Macho Man in a rematch in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is considered one of the best Redneck Brawl fighters, and he is a fan favorite. He is the current lightweight champion.
