Hi, I'm Richard Robinson.
I'm a very occasional contributor to Wikipedia, but mostly a practising management consultant with a wildly fluctuating range of interests. I spent years studying Piaget and an assortment of non-neo-Darwinian evolutionary theories, which resulted in contributions to the Jean Piaget page and kicking off the page on development systems theory. I'm also interested in Marxism and the current economic crisis, but am not sure my views would qualify as sufficiently dispassionate on that topic to be permissible here.
I write a number of blogs, thought they're all currently dormant because I am writing a novel. But they are still interesting:

Along time ago I had another website called Prometheus, where you can still download a copy of my books - The History of Human Reason, on the history of human intelligence (including both cognitive and social planes, up to and including the large-scale structure of history; and The Birth of Reason, a book presenting a very radical theory of the evolution and development of intelligence. You can download either for free, or buy a copy of the former. They're both pretty good.
I also published Christopher Hallpike's excellent Evolution of Moral Understanding, and I'll even sell you a copy if you ask nicely and send money.
