RichyBlue aka Richard Davies. Born 1978 in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, UK. Emmigrated to Port Elizabeth, South Africa in 1981. Because of this Richard grew up without the British distraction of football or sport in general.
In 1986 Richards family returned to the UK and he was enrolled in St Marys RC primary school. When Richard turned 11 he went to Bishop Hedley RC High School which was followed by Cyfarthfa High School due to the reason that Bishop Hedley did not offer an A-level in electronics, which Cyfarthfa later dropped.
At the age of 13 Richard joined the ATC(Air Training Corps). Over the following 7 years he actively partook in numerous activities such as canoeing, shooting, gorge walking, abseiling, hill-walking, gliding and drumming. While in the ATC Richard attained the rank of sergeant and also passed the bronze level Duke of Edinburgh Award.
In July of 2005 Richard moved to Calella, Spain and worked in a popular tourist bar, California. Following a busy summer season Richard returned to Merthyr Tydfil.
Richard is currently living in London working for a publishing company, dealing in medical journals.
