I am an accidental librarian and responsible for the Digitisation Office of the Department of Library Services, University of Pretoria. We came across various material already in the public domain of which the information might be very useful for Wikipedia and therewith decided to participate in the Wiki-projects.

Myself and a colleague attend the Train-the-Trainers course presented by ITOCA on actively participating in Wikimedia South Africa.
