Who I am edit
I'm a doctoral student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I'm studying chemistry. My primary interests are in material and inorganic chemistry.
Where I came from edit
I was originally born on Whidbey Island in Washington. My parents were both in the US Navy, so I ended up moving around the country a good bit while growing up until reaching middle school. I attended middle school and high school in Oklahoma before leaving to do my undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville. At UF, I majored in chemistry, and after graduation and taking a year off, I came to UIUC.
My contributions edit
I am currently taking a course, CHEM517 Advanced Inorganic Synthesis, in which several of the assignment have been to add or edit Wiki stubs on chemical compounds. My contributions so far include cadmium selenide, chloroplatinic acid, and yttrium barium copper oxide.
