The Repressed (1986-1990) (1995) 2006-Present) A band formed in 1986, in Philadelphias suburbs.Lineups have shifted constantly.The band allways applied an American attitude towards street punk.Positivly reviewed in Maximum Rock And Roll and Razorcake.Along with bands like Public Nuisance and The Foul Mouthed Elves helped create the sound known as LES Drunk Punk,mimicked by bands like the Casualties.Thanked on Squat Or Rot Vol.2,a record they were supposed to appear on.Truly a continuing tragedy of errors.
