Ritesh Pandit [Delhi, DOB 31st May 1981] is an Non Resident Indian. He first gained popularity in his early 20s (during 2002) for his work, contribution and achievements in BSES Rajdhani (earlier known as Delhi Electricity Supply Unit 'DESU'). He worked with BSES in CEO Support Cell, based at Nehru Place and looked after Metering, Commercial, Enforcement, Planning & Engineering department along with SPDs (Single Point Deliveries). During his tenure he played important roles in milestone projects as well as introducing new technology in New Delhi for up gradation of systems and reducing Electricity breakdowns to "ZERO level". He lead many enforcement raids fearlessly in South, East and Central Delhi to curb theft and introduced electrification of JJ & UCs in Delhi. He turn popular when at an age of 24 years he represented BSES at Bhagidari, handled RWA Meetings, appointment as BSES POC at Chief Minister House, BSES POC for PM House and close association with CM Smt. Sheila Dixit and Honorable Energy Minister Sh. Haroon Yusuf and other dignitaries. During his tenure he planned, got funds and executed more than 3500 projects in South Delhi for power system up gradation and grid stability including Automation of Grids and Meters. He started new era of Smart Meter in India as well as Smart Grid Concepts in Distribution system.

Ritesh has won numerous accolades in his career, including four International Awards and five National Level Awards from his employers for his contribution. In addition to his work he is active participant for NGOs, arranging funds, run campaigns for social cause and animals.

The Energy Ministry honored him with Excellence Award in 2004 for his exceptional career in the world of Power/ Utilities.
