RedSimon: A Yorkshireman with a camera edit
I have a digital camera which I use to shoot my holidays (mainly Italy), but also Classic Cars. Humble British Cars like Hillman Minxes, Ford Consuls, Austin Cambridges are vanishing off the face of this earth and when I started looking at t'Internet (a Yorkshire word) I found hardly any good pictures of these.
So my current task is to fill Wikipedia with GOOD pictures of Classic British Cars and fill the void.
Always happy to get feedback and to extend my knowledge.
If you come to God's Country (Yorkshire) maybe we will bump into each - preferably whilst walking on grass rather than in our cars.
2009 UPDATE:
Sadly I have found that some of the photograph I have contributed have been pirated and appeared on other sites (such as: http://histomobile.com) and no attribution has been made to me or any mention that I was the photographer. Wikipedia is unwilling to take any action to protect the intellectual rights of its contributors.
Reluctantly I am unwilling to add more contributions to Wikipedia when they are likely to be robbed and sold for commercial gain on other sites.
