'Rebelclause' refers to the Internet name of consultant, researcher, and author Tim Pozza, a native of Ontario, Canada. Mr. Pozza is college graduate with Oil and Gas, auto sector, manufacturing, and I.T. experience in operations, fabrication, training and development, public relations, journaling and marketing.

The name Rebelclause is a combination of the words 'rebel' and 'clause' and intentionally refers to stimulus; change and improvement facilitated by words to any living system. The need for change is constant and it typifies the human condition. To benefit from change and minimize negative indirect consequences resulting from any action it's necessary to gain an understanding of and document multiple perspectives. To know the 'rebel' is to know the chaos and how it behaves. A system approach to managed change can take the rebel out of rebellion leaving only pride in accomplishment as punishment for good deeds.

Tim's focus has remained on GHG reduction strategies for nearly two decades. Having roots in ethanol expansion projects in the mid-90s aimed at change management for Agriculture, Oil and Gas and Auto sectors, Tim has grown in expertise keeping pace with the science, the business and new developments as they emerge.

Drought security, the need for stable potable water supply and pricing in world markets, path dependencies relating technology to input alignments with human, plant and animal economies and ecologies are foremost in Mr. Pozza's mind. He is semi-expert in solar semiconductor technologies; materials, manufacturing, processes and capacities from valence/conduction bands on up.

Mr. Pozza works toward fibre optic power systems and a solar platform but in the present time frame regards decoupling of mobility from liquid or compressed gas fuels as intrinsic to the success of electricity and the future of nano-improved semiconductor power technologies whose sole reliance for input energy are stored photons from solar activity.

To that end, Mr. Pozza promotes and supports a 'solar platform', a concept which transcends flat panels to then place a complexed multi-producer/innovator 'enclosure' within the energy system in the urban environment facilitating distributed generation and making it possible for Oil and Gas interests to intersect with those of utilities to make solar an attractive financial option due to these higher density gensets and migrate fossil interests to base load through halting natural gas use expansion to the sub-station leaving financial room for DG asset building and the movement by fossil interests to multi-fuel streams serving an all electric marketplace.

Tim is an avid reader of science fact and fiction with a more than amateur interest in plasma physics, photonics, meta-materials, wave guiding, nano technology, and thin films, among others.

In his free time, Tim likes to let loose with friends and family, travel to new and exotic locales, boat, hike, bike, and occasionally take up on an invite to visit the city for a concert, event or gallery window shopping expedition from his acreage in the country.
