For the most part, the articles I have added, modified or otherwise contributed to have been around the Llama world. If it involves wool, textiles, spinning or other related activity, I have tried to review the subject matter and correct any issues or grammar. Well, as much as I know and understand. I also have been patroling anonymous IP edits quite a bit, trying to revert vandalism when found.

Interests

I am interested in expanding the information available for all breeds of Sheep and Llamas. In looking at the List of sheep breeds, there are many aticles missing. One of my tasks I would like to accomplish is to create articles with some substance (not just stubs) for each entry.

Assessments

In the WP:AG, WP:WISCONSIN and WP:MAMMAL projects, I have been working on assessments. It is interesting that so many article go without a rating of importance or quality level.

During the time I have been on Wikipedia, I have seen a wide range of unoriginal and rather creative edits that all qualify as vandalism. It is an interesting read. Some of the edits folks put out there are very, very humorous. Others, on the other hand, are quite, well, just stupid.

After placing an edit on an anonymous talk page, I do not monitor the page. If I monitored all the pages I placed edits on, I would be monitoring way too many pages and would not be able to edit or monitor my core interests here.

In either case, I tend to troll the anonymous IP edits that have not included an edit summary. Generally, these types of edits are vandalism. I try to read them closely to try to squeak out just a bit of hope that they are valid. Well, my edit count continues to rise. So, you can safely assume that I have found only a few anonymous edits that are not vandalism. But, I persevere.

Welcome

For both named and anonymous users, I have been placing a welcome template on their talk pages. I feel that if someone taps those newbies on the shoulder and let them know there is guidance out there, they are less apt to vandalize articles and pages.
