Rishi Valley Rural Education Centre was initiated by Sivaram, an educationist s and a philosopher and a former teacher of Rishi Valley School in Andhra Pradesh.^[1] Rishi Valley Rural Education Center is currently managed by Rishi Valley Institute for Educational Resources (RIVER).^[2]
