history

Established in the year 2019 with a vision to realize the concept of health empowerment through knowledge and care, aiming to have a positive multiplier effect on physical, social, and cultural aspects of development in the community.

Inspired by the values of its Chief Architect and Patron, Dr. Shamanur Shivashankarappaji, the Trust aims to promote and provide healthcare to people across various sections of the society. Based in Davangere, Central Karnataka, with initiatives spread across the state of Karnataka, prioritising healthcare, and ensuring equal access to quality services, the Trust strives to address social inequalities and contribute to the overall development of the region.

Vision

To create a healthcare landscape where women and children have access to comprehensive healthcare services. By focusing on preventive, promotive, and curative measures for the economically backward sections of the society with early interventions & community engagements, we aim to foster a healthier society that prioritises the well-being of its most vulnerable members. Our vision encompasses raising awareness about preventive measures, healthy lifestyles, and the importance of regular check-ups. Through educational campaigns, community outreach programs, and collaborations with healthcare professionals and communities, we aim to make SS Care Trust, a dependable organisation in Karnataka for providing accessible, and high-quality services for all with special on women and children.
