Rakesh Panwar’’’ (born 07 June 1990) is the son of Heeramani Panwar, leader and chairperson of the ARMY, and grandson of RaI Chand Panwar.[1] He is currently head of army, a youth wing of army.
Rakesh established the army on 17 October 2010 and it has units across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Bihar and Jammu and Kashmir.
