Azerbaijan Journal of educational Studies is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal covering all aspects of educational science.
About the Journal
editThe first Volume of the Journal has been published since 1924[1]. From 1924 to 1930 years the name of the Journal was New School - "Yeni məktəb" - in Azerbaijan language. But 1930 - 1943 years the name of the Journal was Help to teacher - "Muəllimə kömək". But from 1943 since todays Journal is published as Azerbaijan School (Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies - Eng. (shortened-AJES)) - "Aərbaycan məktəbi". As the scientific-theoretical, pedagogical journal of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies” has been serving the national pedagogical thought for 94 years.

editThe Publishing Organization is the [[Minstry of Education (Azerbaijan)[2]]]. Manuscripts are accepted in Azerbaijan, Russian, English, Turkish. The Journal is free for readers, with article processing charges (APC) without paying by authors and Institutions.

editAzerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies is indexed by the Citefactor, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, ResearchGate and etc. Manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 2 weeks after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 7 days.
