Rajesh Basu(রাজেশ বসু ) is a new age Bengali writer. His stories and novels have been gaining popularity since he penned his first story, 31 Elliot Road, a spine chilling gothic horror published in the renowned Bengali magazine Sandesh which was illustrated by famous painter like Subrata Gangaopadyaya. It was way back in 2005, and since then Rajesh has written more than two hundred short stories and nearly twenty novels for both adults and children. He has authored more than twenty books so far and all are equally best sellers. He is master in writing stories of any genre, be it horror, thriller, SFs, social, romance or just anything. His books are available in all the leading web chains and google books as well. He has received the prestigious Upendrakishore Award from the state government. He lives in south Kolkata with his spouse and daughter. His parents live in the Kalyani city in Nadia. Notable works:
