Cindy Rivers (born 1986 in Clarenville, Newfoundland,Canada), is a Canadian comedian, best known for appearances at festivals such as Great Outdoors Comedy Festival[1] , Just for laughs Northwest, The Second City Los Angelas, and many more.

She has also written a book about her life coming out as transgender at age 30. She’s performed at many comedy shows and clubs across Canada, using her comedy to help people understand and see the issues that trans people face. Aside from seeing her at a Yuk Yuks, or The Comic Strip in “West Edmonton Mall”, she’s featured in multiple independent documentary series such as Against the Grain Theatre production, Bound [2], and a Telus original documentary series titled, Small Town Queer.
