What Is This?

Use this page as a sort of community bulletin board. The initial purpose of this page is to brainstorm, share ideas, and find group members for the group project, but this can also be a forum for sharing links, asking questions, making announcements about your work, and just about anything else so long as you are respectful of other people who might want to use the page.

The Course Wall exists as a convenience should you choose to use it; reading, contributing, and otherwise engaging with this page is entirely optional. No essential course information or announcements will be posted here. What is written here will not be considered formal contributions to the course and as such doesn't have to adhere to any particular content or style guidelines.

Some History Project Ideas

I'm interested in history. I would think history could be a good place to look for topics that haven't been covered. Are you interested in any particular periods in history? Particular geographic regions? Particular issues or topics?--Brodmont (talk) 16:13, 28 January 2013 (UTC)

Well European history is mostly my interest, but I am not that picky about what I write about. So the NYC fire seems like an interesting topic. Here are a couple more that I found that also look interesting:

• Kuyunjik or Kouyunjik -- A mound at Nineveh where Sennacherib's palace was found. Has no page but is mentioned a few times at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nineveh

Yeah, I'm sad the museum's closed. We could do as you said and document it anyways. If we're dead-set on holograms, too, there was another in SoHo, I believe, and there's currently a large collection of holograms at MIT. --Katerwaul (talk) 04:04, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
