November 2007

I noticed that you have posted comments to the page Kimchi in a language other than English. When on the English-language Wikipedia, please always use English, no matter to whom you address your comments. This is so that comments may be comprehensible to the community at large. If the use of another language is unavoidable, please provide a translation of the comments. For more details, see Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Thank you. Probiotic

edit

The word probiotic should be removed, as there are no scientific articles showing that soime of the cultures in kimchi are probiotic. There are pleanty of lactic acid bacteria in there, but that means nothing. A product can never be a probiotic, only special strains of bacteria can (not species, see probiotic. And there have been no probiotic strains ever been isolated from kimchi. That does not mean it can't have health benefits, but that is another matter. Knorrepoes 18:36, 10 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The user page and question

edit

Hello, Quemann. I hope you don't feel unpleasant of my edit on your user page to be redirected to here. The red color on people's name reminds me of something not good for their fortune. If you were interested in the Asian culture, you can understand what I mean. Anyway, you edit style seems questionable to me. You tend to not listen to anyone's suggestion nor discuss a controversial issues on the articles in which you've engaged. Besides, I want to assume good faith in your edits, but you also seem to use several accounts because of the same phrase and inclination.

Which one of the accounts is really "you"?

User:Quemann, User:Chmyr, User:76.103.78.42

That looks just dishonest so I suggest that you just use one account to build up your credibility. Bye --Appletrees 01:14, 12 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Dear Appletree,

Your plagiarism is a sort of dishonesty, which requires Wipedia attention. Basically, Wikipedia doesn't set a rule to require a person to have one username only. That could be your self-proclaimed Wiki standard. Wiki edits can be done by anybody, which means by any specific username, or IP address only or whatsoever. Having one account to build up your credibiity doesn't always mean honesty,as you say.76.103.78.42 (talk) 01:30, 16 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Femto Forum

edit

A tag has been placed on Femto Forum, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
