Bean Curd
editis also known as a form of tofu that is often eaten as a form of desert in Asia[1]. It is made from soy milk into a solid white block into a soft and silky texture. The dish is served with sugar water in cold temperatures and ginger water in hot temperatures. Additionally, toppings are often added to enhance the flavors of the dish. Common toppings include red bean, green bean, tapioca, taro, peanuts and much more. While typically served as a sweet, in some areas of Asia, they eat it as a savory dish as well.[2]
