We are the members of The Military Order of the Cootie. Our local group (known as a Pup Tent) is "Portland Pup Tent #1" from Portland Oregon. Our Charter from the National Organization (Known as Supreme) was issued in 1931. We were the first Pup Tent in the state of Oregon (Known as the Grand of Oregon) to receive a charter.
We decided to take on a Pup Tent project to learn how to publish a Wikipedia article because we found there was no article about "The Military Order of the Cootie. We want to educate the world about our organization because we do such great work for members and families of the military and veterans.
